Your plan and check-ins
Your habit plan and daily check-ins are stored on your device, in your browser's local storage. We do not receive them. Clearing your browser data removes them, and a plan made in the browser may need to be made again inside the installed app on some phones.
Your plan-builder answers
When you build a plan, we save the answers you chose (the habit, minutes, moment, main obstacle and days per week) and any words you typed, so we can learn which habits people want help with and improve our plans. Before saving, we remove email addresses, phone numbers and links from the typed text. These answers are not connected to your device, your plan or your check-ins, and we delete them after 12 months. The finished plan itself is not saved on our server.
Reminders
If you turn on reminders, we store only what is needed to send them: your browser's push address and keys, your time zone, the reminder time, and the random device ID above so we can count reminders that were opened. Reminder messages never include your plan. You can turn reminders off at any time in the app.
AI personalization
To adapt the wording of your plan, your builder answers and the plan outline are sent to OpenAI with provider storage disabled. We do not save the AI's response on our server; the personalized plan is saved on your device. If personalization is unavailable, you still get the full plan.
Anonymous usage measurement
To learn whether plans actually help, the site records simple events such as “plan saved”, “reminder opened” or “checked in (done / hard-day version / not today)”, with small numbers like the plan day or minutes. They are linked by a random ID created on your device, not by your name, email, IP address or cookies, and never include the text of your plan or your answers. We keep them for up to 13 months. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics.
